McClain, Smoak & Chistolini was founded in 1972 in Tampa, Florida as McClain & Associates, P.A.  We represent insurance carriers and national clients in the defense of automobile, products liability, premises liability, property litigation, business litigation, construction litigation and general practice.  Over the years, our firm developed an excellent reputation in the legal community for advocacy and ability to go the extra mile in order to protect the interests of our clients.  We intentionally keep our case loads much smaller than our contemporaries in this business and as a result believe our level of service to our clients is without peer.

Currently, we represent clients in many venues throughout Florida including:  Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Sarasota, Marion, Hernando, Highlands, Lee, Manatee, Orange and Sumter counties.  We currently represent both national and local clients in all Florida State and Federal Courts.
