John is from a long time Tampa family. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University, he traveled to Houston, Texas,  where he received his Juris Doctor at South Texas University College of Law.

After graduation, John worked in a prominent Tampa insurance defense firm and in private practice before forming an “Of Counsel” relationship with McClain, Smoak & Chistolini

John has valuable legal experience in civil litigation,  business law and creditor’s rights. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and Texas.
