Mr. McClain received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, a Masters of Arts from George Washington University and L.L.B. from Stetson University.  Mr. McClain served several distinguished terms as a State Senator for the State of Florida and was instrumental in writing and helping to pass many of the Florida statutes that were the beginning stages of tort reform in the State of Florida.

Mr. McClain practiced for several years with McFarlane Ferguson, prior to starting McClain & Associates in 1972.  Mr. McClain has had significant jury trial experience which includes state and federal court jury trials of hundreds of personal injury, professional liability and property damage actions.  Mr. McClain is extremely experienced in litigating thousands of lawsuits involving automobile, slip and fall, products liability, and homeowners claims.  He is also, experienced in litigating directors and officer claims, general commercial litigation, malpractice, construction, environmental, and coverage opinions on all aspects of insurance claims.

Mr. McClain is a member of the Florida Bar, United States District Court for the Middle  District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory has awarded Mr. McClain an “AV” rating.
